CINNAMON ROLL
100 gr de mantequilla derretida
canela a gusto
1 cucharada de leche
1\2 cucharada de vainilla
100 gr de azúcar glass
CINNAMON ROLL
1 sheet of puff Pastry
170 gr of brown sugar
100 gr of melted butter
cinnamon to taste
1 spoonfull of milk
1\2 spoonful of vanilla extract
100 gr of powder sugar
Precalentamos el horno a 200°. Extendemos el hojaldre y espolvoreamos con la mezcla de azúcar, mantequilla y canela. Enrollamos como un tronco y lo cortamos en porciones, lo disponemos en el molde o sobre la bandeja y lo metemos al horno 15 minutos o hasta que esté dorado. Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar en una rejilla.
Mezclamos el azúcar glass, la leche y la vainilla y cuando los cinnamon rolls estén fríos los cubrimos con la mezcla.

Pre heat the oven 200°. Unfold the pastry and rub ir with a mixture of cinnamon, butter and brown sugar.
Roll it on a log and cut it in portions, put them in a mould or on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 15 min or until gold. Take them out of the oven to a rack and let them cool.
Mix well the powder sugar, vanilla and milk and cover the cinnamon rolls with the mix once they're cold.
